Christian Marriage Intensives &

Couples Therapy for Those Ready for Change

When your marriage feels stuck, painful, or disconnected, it can be hard to create meaningful change in the middle of everyday life. A focused marriage intensive offers the time, space, and depth that weekly therapy often cannot. I work exclusively with couples and begin through a two-day Marriage Intensive, with follow-up sessions available. Many couples come to this work after searching for Christian marriage counseling, couples therapy, or a more focused alternative to weekly sessions.

A deeper starting point for lasting change in your marriage

Many couples reach out after months, or years, of repeating the same conflict, distance, or discouragement. They are tired of talking around the issues and longing for something to truly shift.
A marriage intensive creates dedicated space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin moving toward healing with greater clarity and momentum.
This is not a casual retreat or a quick fix. It is focused, intentional work designed to help couples move beyond survival mode and begin building a stronger foundation together.

My approach

I work exclusively with couples and begin through marriage intensives. This allows us to go deeper, gain traction more quickly, and address patterns that are often difficult to untangle in traditional 50-minute sessions. Follow-up sessions are available after the intensive to help support continued growth and integration over time.

This marriage intensive may be a good fit if you and your spouse are:

  • ready to address painful patterns honestly

  • willing to look at your own contribution, not just your spouse’s

  • motivated to do meaningful work

  • open to a focused, intentional process

  • hoping for lasting change, not just temporary relief

Meet Jenni Allen, M.S., LMFT

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works exclusively with couples. Since 2020, I have focused my practice entirely on helping marriages heal and strengthen.

My work is shaped by clinical training, years of experience walking with couples, and a deep conviction that healthy marriages matter.

A faith-rooted approach to healing

My work is grounded in a Biblical worldview and reflects a Christian approach to marriage counseling and healing. I believe that God meets people in places of pain, disconnection, and need. I know healing, restoration, and deeper connection are possible.

“The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.
The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time.”
—Psalm 34:17-19
